Ms Rotundo graduated in Italy in 2002 and completed her surgical training in the largest Minimally invasive Surgery Unit at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" In 2008 she moved to the United Kingdom and became a fellow at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, training in major oesophago-gastric cancer surgery. She then trained in minimally invasive oesophagectomy at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford where she also gained experience in robotic surgery. In 2012 she successfully completed a fellowship in bariatric surgery recognised by the Royal College of Surgeon at University College London Hospital. Ms Rotundo is currently a Consultant Bariatric and Oesophagogastric Surgeon at Royal Stoke University Hospital and has extensive experience in weight loss surgery and revision Bariatric surgery
